2. Skating ban
Skateboarders in Los Angeles have had speeding restrictions slapped on them following two related deaths in the last year. City councillors want to cut out something known as ‘bombing’, where boarders whizz down hills at top speed, sometimes weaving in and out of the traffic as they go. The new rules mean skateboarders have to stick to the same limits as cyclists.
